Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the 2018 Chinese Heart Failure Guidelines, patients discharged with a diagnosis of heart failure and with a complete blood count within 24 h of admission to the hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (ALT more than triple and above, chronic kidney disease stage 4 or 5, or blood creatinine >265 µmol/L); combined infections; patients with history of malignancy and radiotherapy, hyperthyroidism, connective tissue disease, and blood disorders affecting CBC in the last one year; patients with recent need for transfusion and invasive mechanical ventilation; and patients who did not undergo CBC in the last 24h.
