Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for heart fire and spleen deficiency syndrome outlined in the *Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine* and the Western medicine diagnostic criteria of the *Williams Diagnostic Criteria* for atopic dermatitis. 2. Age range: 18–80 years. 3. Disease severity: Assessed using the SCORAD (Scoring Atopic Dermatitis) index, with an initial SCORAD score <= 50, indicating mild to moderate disease. 4. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and are able to comply with the treatment and follow-up plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received other external traditional Chinese medicine treatments (e.g., acupuncture, gua sha) or participated in other interventional studies within the past two weeks. 2. Patients with severe underlying diseases, such as severe hypertension, diabetes, coagulation disorders, immunodeficiency diseases, or malignant tumors. 3. Patients with skin lesions complicated by other dermatological conditions or severe infections. 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
