Experimental group(Group A):The self-made back pad was used to control the Angle of the patients head height at 30°
Control group(Group B):The conventional supine position was adopted

18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-64 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients undergoing thyroid surgery under general anesthesia; 3.ASA Grade I - III; 4. Obese patients with BMI=28.0kg/m2 (WHO standard);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical spondylosis, loose or missing incisor teeth, hoarseness before surgery, bronchial asthma, history of airway hyperresponsiveness, hypertension, abnormal heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney and coagulation function. 2. Patients with history of hypersensitivity or allergy to related anesthetic drugs and contraindications, severe sleep apnea syndrome, bronchial asthma attack, upper respiratory tract obstruction and predictive mask ventilation difficulties, central nervous system diseases or mental disorders, contraindications of general anesthesia. 3. Poor compliance.
