1 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed by histology or cytology as intracranial WHO grade 2-4 glioma , and after surgery (including biopsy, partial resection, total resection); 2.Expected survival period exceeds 3 months; 3.No history of cranial radiation therapy; 4.Sign informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Existence of meningeal or spinal cord metastasis; 2.Contraindications for MR, such as metal implantation, contrast agent allergy, etc; 3.Unable to cooperate with radiotherapy, such as claustrophobia, etc; 4.Refusal to use standard chemotherapy regimen (temozolomide) for high-grade gliomas;
