Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children under 14 years old who have focal liver lesions found by routine ultrasound or other imaging examinations at West China Hospital and are planning to be hospitalized for surgery or puncture biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Premature infants, infants with pulmonary dysplasia, infants with respiratory distress syndrome, and infants with respiratory tract lesions. Those with a history of allergy to ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue. Children with heart disease with right-to-left shunt, children with known severe pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary artery pressure>90mmHg), and children with essential hypertension; 2.Children who are not suitable for this examination: Those whose guardians do not agree;
