Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Heart failure patients: (1) Diagnosed as a heart failure patient based on physical examination, abnormal electrocardiogram, natriuretic peptide levels, and cardiac ultrasound; 1.(2)Individuals with normal mental state and able to cooperate in completing the examination; 2.(3)Without adverse reactions to iodine contrast agents; 3.(4)Obtain written informed consent; 2.Non heart failure patients: (1) Patients with normal levels of natriuretic peptide and cardiovascular abnormalities requiring CCTA examination; 4.(2)Individuals with normal mental state and able to cooperate in completing the examination; 5.(3) Obtain written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scanned images have artifacts that are difficult to evaluate; 2. Patients who have had adverse reactions to iodinated contrast agents in the past; 3.Refuse to complete multiple scans; 4.Obese patients;
