Age
20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients aged 20~40 years; (2) Those who have undergone IVF-ET treatment for the first time; (3) Junior high school education level or above, able to recognize and understand Chinese, no communication barriers; (4) Be conscious, no history of serious medical, surgical and mental illness; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who suffer from other serious physical diseases or drug dependence; (2) Those who have other negative life events during the same period; (3) Investigators participating in other clinical trial interventions.
