60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) L4-5 lumbar spinal stenosis with degenerative instability, or L4-5 degenerative spondylolisthesis, with persistent symptoms despite at least three months of conservative treatment; (2) Elderly patients aged >60 years; (3) Imaging indicating osteoporosis, or quantitative CT of the vertebral body showing bone mineral density <80 mg/cm³.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis graded Meyerding II or higher; (2) Patients with imaging findings showing varying degrees and ranges of endplate sclerosis; (3) Patients with a history of spinal tumors, tuberculosis, or previous spinal surgeries; (4) Patients with severe acute or chronic infections; (5) Patients with severe chronic diseases, such as heart disease or renal insufficiency.
