30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People with prediabetes; 2. Aged 30-75 years old, with stable weight for nearly 6 months (+/-2kg); 3. Stable medication for nearly 3 months; 4. BMI >= 24 or male waist circumference >= 90cm/ female waist circumference >= 85cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myocardial infarction or stroke in the past 6 months; 2. Liver and kidney damage and concurrent medication use; 3. Diabetes or long-term use of medications that affect blood sugar control (such as systemic glucocorticoids, steroids, thiazide diuretics); 4. Disease conditions that affect energy metabolism or glucose metabolism (Cushing's syndrome, chronic kidney disease, acromegaly, cirrhosis, inflammatory bowel disease, cardiomyopathy, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 5. Cancer in the past 2 years; 6. Mental illness, hearing and visual impairment, and limb disability.
