Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age requirement: Adult patients over 18 years old. 2 Diagnosed as type A aortic dissection: Diagnosed as type A aortic dissection based on imaging examinations such as CT, MRI, etc. 3 Surgical treatment: All patients underwent open chest surgery and extracorporeal circulation (CPB) was used during the surgery. 4Postoperative lactate data is available: lactate levels should be recorded at least once after stopping CPB, and the data should be complete. 5 Complete basic data: with comprehensive clinical and surgical data, including demographic characteristics, intraoperative and postoperative monitoring indicators, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Previous cardiovascular surgery history: Having a history of major artery surgery or cardiovascular surgery may affect lactate levels. 2 Serious underlying diseases: combined with end-stage liver disease, renal insufficiency (especially in patients requiring dialysis), malignant tumors and other serious diseases. 3 Major complications during the perioperative period, such as myocardial infarction, severe infection, or sepsis, may significantly affect lactate levels and interfere with research results. 4 Data missing: Patients with incomplete postoperative lactate data or other key clinical data missing. 5 Pregnant patients: Pregnant patients are excluded due to physiological differences and special circumstances. 6 Insufficient follow-up: The postoperative follow-up time is short or the patient dies due to other reasons after surgery, making it impossible to collect complete relevant data.
