Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with rural household registration who receive prenatal diagnosis services; 2. Ultrasound indicates that the fetus has non-severe disabling or fatal structural malformations; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. 16 to 32 weeks of pregnancy; 5. Both the pregnant woman and her spouse can use mobile communication devices with internet access.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe mental illnesses or other serious physical health conditions should not participate in intervention studies. 2. Those with limited cognitive abilities who cannot independently complete online surveys or use self-help stress reduction applications. 3. Pregnant women who have a stress score of 0 during baseline surveys.
