Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient diagnosed with a single confined renal tumour based on patient's imaging and pathological examination; 2.Patients receiving RAPN or LPN; 3.Preoperative creatinine <133umol/L, no underlying renal disease or renal insufficiency;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple tumors of the kidney; 2. Combined with serious heart, lung, liver and other diseases; 3. Exclude cases that are affected by other surgical operations or other confounding factors; 4. Patients with special types of kidney cancer such as duplicate kidney, solitary kidney, and horseshoe kidney were excluded; 5. Previous renal surgery; 6. Patients with incomplete clinical case data; 7. Patients with severe abnormalities in coagulation function.
