Interventions

Group S:Continuously pump the same volume of physiological saline as Group R
Group R:Continuous pumping of remifentanil 0.1µg /( kg·min)

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective intracranial surgery under general anesthesia in neurosurgery; 2. Operation time 2–6 h with emergence in the PACU; 3. 18 years old <= age <= 75 years old; 4. ASA Level I-II;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate normally before surgery; 2. Subjects with mental illness, long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 3. History of central nervous system diseases (such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, and cerebral infarction); 4. History of opioid allergy and addiction to abuse; 5. Allergic to propofol; 6. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
