End-stage hip disease

Interventions

Ropivacaine group:100mg(10ml) of ropivacaine was diluted with normal saline to 50ml and injected into multiple points with a thin needle around the hip joint
Bupivacaine liposome group:Bupivacaine liposome 266mg (20ml) was diluted with normal saline to 50ml, and multi-point injection was made with a fine needle around the hip joint

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with hip arthritis or necrosis of the femoral head undergoing elective unilateral total hip replacement for the first time, >=18 years of age, ASA grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Total hip replacement surgery due to trauma, hip dysplasia, tumor or ankylosing spondylitis; 2. History of previous hip surgery of the affected limb; 3. Neuromuscular diseases of the lower limbs; 4. Have a history of opioid addiction; 5. Allergy to the drugs used in the trial; 6. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 7. Inability to cooperate with communication.
