Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Selection of patients who underwent coronary angiography for the first time; (2) Those who met the diagnostic criteria for STEMI according to the STEMI Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines and whose coronary angiography showed >50% stenosis in more than 1 coronary vessel; (3) Patients who underwent emergency PCI within 12 hours of onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Prior history of acute myocardial infarction, PCI, or coronary artery bypass graft surgery; (2) Previous history of atrial fibrillation, cardiomyopathy, heart valve disease, congenital heart disease; (3) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary and hepatic or renal insufficiency; (4) Recent history of surgery or trauma. (5) Patients with rheumatic immune diseases or hematologic diseases or hepatitis or malignant tumors; (6) Those suffering from acute and chronic infectious diseases or severe trauma or wasting disease; (7) Those suffering from severe heart failure or severe impairment of liver or kidney function or pregnancy; (8) Those with missing clinical information or severe mental illness.
