Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18- 85 years (including threshold); 2. BMI: 18.5- 28 kg / m^2 (including threshold); 3. patients with gastric tumours scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class >III; 2. Contraindications to regional anesthesia (coagulation abnormalities; patients with bacteremia, septicemia, or infection at the puncture site; patients with allergy to ropivacaine or lidocaine); 3. Pre-operative history of chronic pain; 4. Long-term use of opioids; 5. Cirrhosis of the liver or impaired renal function (estimated glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min/1.73m^2); 6.unplanned intermediate open or postoperative ICU admission for continued mechanical ventilation; 7. patient noncooperation (defined as inability to clinically assess outcome metrics); 8. pregnancy or lactation; 9. participation in other clinical trials.
