Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Infertile patient plans to undergo laparoscopic surgery in our hospital; 2.Sexual history; 3.Age range: 20-40 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hormone therapy within three months before surgery; 2.Hyperthyroidism; 3.Hypothyroidism; 4.Malignant tumor; 5.Patients who are unwilling to join the group.
