Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with inherited metabolic liver diseases who received liver transplantation; 2.The age at the time of liver transplantation is 0 to 18 years old, excluding 18 years old; 3.Confirmed by genetic testing and clinically diagnosed with inherited metabolic liver diseases; 4.Had indications for liver transplantation surgery and eventually underwent liver transplantation surgery; 5.Regular follow-up for more than 1 year; 6.Agreed to participate in this project after being informed of the risks and benefits of joining this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The presence of severe diseases other than inherited metabolic liver diseases and their complications; 2.Combined transplantation of multiple organs; 3.Re-liver transplantation; 4.Loss of main observation indicators due to reasons such as patient loss to follow-up.
