Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Previously underwent left upper lobectomy or left upper division segmentectomy. 2.All surgeries were performed using a completely thoracoscopic approach. 3.Preoperative examinations included echocardiography, chest CT, and pulmonary function tests conducted at our hospital. 4.Postoperative recovery was normal, with no severe infections, reoperations, or major complications, and lung re-expansion was satisfactory. 5.The patients were able to understand the study content, voluntarily signed informed consent forms, demonstrated good compliance, and cooperated in completing all required examinations. 6.age 0-18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having other diseases that affect pulmonary vascular resistance. 2.A history of chest trauma or thoracic surgery. 3.Patients with severe impairment of cardiac, hepatic, or renal function. 4.Patients with other malignant tumors or hematological diseases. 5.Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, and breastfeeding female patients. 6.Patients deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigators.
