Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Graves' disease who were eligible for 131I treatment, were over 18 years of age, did not receive vitamin D supplementation before treatment, and were willing to take oral vitamin D regularly. The diagnostic criteria for Graves' disease were: (1) Hyperthyroidism (abbreviated as hyperthyroidism) was established; (2) Diffuse enlargement of thyroid gland; (3) exophthalmos and other infiltrating eye signs; (4) anterior tibial mucous edema; (5) TRAb and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) were positive. Among them, (1) (2) are the necessary conditions for diagnosis, (3) (4) and (4) are the auxiliary conditions for diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating patients; Patients who have taken vitamin D supplementation, patients with III degree thyroid enlargement; Patients with persistent hypercalcemia (blood calcium greater than 2.8mmol/L); Patients with renal insufficiency (eGFR<45 mL/min); Patients with malignant tumor; Patients taking immune-modulating drugs; Patients with alcohol or drug abuse; Patients allergic to vitamin D preparations;
