Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Complete coronary CT examination for the first time in our hospital; 2.Complete general clinical data, laboratory examination, and imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with a history of severe congenital cardiac anomalies, moderate or severe heart valve disease, congenital coronary artery disease, and other serious cardiac and vascular diseases; 2. People with a history of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, and other diseases that cause interference with the relevant laboratory and imaging indexes; 3. People whose CTA image quality is poor, affecting the determination of CAC, or whose relevant information is missing.
