18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 18-65 years, regardless of gender; patients diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis with a Cobb angle >=10^0, or patients diagnosed with acute or chronic lumbar disc herniation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)History of spinal trauma, fracture, infection, or tumor; (2)Previous spinal surgery; (3)Combined ankylosing spondylitis and other immunodeficiencies affecting the spine; (4)Severe pelvic and lower limb bone and joint diseases; (5)Back muscle trauma, infection and connective tissue disease; (6)Developmental delay.
