Interventions

Experimental group:Take 3,000 steps every 5 days of the week for 4 weeks before elective surgery
Control group:None

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of gynecological benign disease in imaging and pathology report; 2. Surgical treatment through laparoscopy; 3.Fried Frailty Index>=2; 4. All patients were managed perioperatively according to the ERAS standardized process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Diagnosed with gynecological malignant diseases and history of other malignant tumors; 3. Severe comorbidities or other diseases; 4. History of abdominal surgery; 5. Other factors that are not suitable for participating in the study.
