Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who underwent mitral valve surgery combined with left atrial appendage closure at the Department of Cardiac Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from 2019.1 to 2021.12. 2) Patients after mitral valvuloplasty or replacement. 3) Complete inpatient and outpatient information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years. 2. Those who underwent mechanical valve replacement. 3. Those who died within 6 months after surgery. 4. Refusal or inability to perform TEE. 5. Loss of follow-up.
