Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female, aged>=18 and <=80 years; 2.Pathologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma or adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (including only Siewert II and III types); 3.Received preoperative systemic therapy, which includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other treatments that conform to guideline standards and have clinical indications; 4.Underwent surgery-led local treatment: The local treatment defined in this study encompasses surgical and non-surgical approaches. Surgical treatment must involve resection of the primary tumor, with or without resection of metastatic sites. Non-surgical local treatments include: hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) for peritoneal implants, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for liver or lung metastases, interventional embolization for liver metastases, radiotherapy for lung metastases, lymph node metastases, bone metastases, and other standard non-surgical local treatment strategies employed in clinical practice; 5.Signed the 'nformed Consent Form for Donation of Biological Samples and Health-Related Information' during the treatment period at Zhongshan Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other pathological types, such as gastric squamous cell carcinoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma, etc.; 2.Specific details of the perioperative systemic treatment regimen are unknown; 3.Missing surgical safety information within 90 days after surgery.
