Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Probable and possible CAA inclusion criteria: a.>=50 years old, gender unlimited; b. meeting the 2022 Boston 2.0 diagnostic criteria is probable and possible CAA; c. cooperate with the completion of head MRI examination; d. sign the informed consent form. 2.Pathologically supported inclusion criteria for CAA patients were as follows: a. patients with lobular hemorrhage after brain tissue removal of hematoma; b. patients with probable CAA who meet the 2022 Boston 2.0 diagnostic criteria for pathological support; c. cooperating with the completion of head MRI examination; d. sign the informed consent for surgery.
