Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteer to participate in this study; 2.Be over 18 years old; 3.According to the guidelines of China's Tuberculosis Control Program (2008), patients diagnosed as newly treated tuberculosis were standardized.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a history of TB or have been on anti-TB therapy; 2.Patients with extra-pulmonary tuberculosis; 3.Severe liver and kidney function impairment; 4.Patients contraindicated in the use of chemotherapy drugs against tuberculosis; 5.Combined with immune system diseases, malignant tumors and other diseases that can affect the treatment effect.
