Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) signed informed consent; (2) pain in at least one part of the body; (3) Be able to understand and complete the content of the mindfulness course.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pain patients requiring surgery and hospitalization (e.g., trauma, cancer, fracture, etc.); (2) Behavioral cognitive therapy has been used to intervene in pain; (3) Taking drugs and traditional Chinese medicine to treat pain during the study; (4) Withdrawal from the study or loss of follow-up during the later follow-up; (5) Personality disorders, mental patients, group phobia, etc. that may interfere with the implementation of the course; (6) Patients with hearing impairment.
