Non - Small Cell Lung Cancer

Interventions

Experimental group:Sintilimab 200mg, Paclitaxel 135mg/m2, Cisplatin 75mg/m2 or Carboplatin AUC5 by intravenous infusion, combined with 6mg of Pegylated Recombinant Human
Control group:Sintilimab 200mg, Paclitaxel 135mg/m2, Cisplatin 75mg/m2 or Carboplatin AUC5 by intravenous infusion, once every 3 weeks

40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. This study is mainly for Chinese small cell lung cancer with histologically or cytologically confirmed stage IV; 2. Age 6 months after the end of the last treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with an expected survival time of 30 Gy of lung radiotherapy in the past 6 months; 6. Those who are intolerant to PEG-rhG-CSF or camrelizumab or chemotherapy.
