35 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with at least 6 months of clinical and radiological follow-up, preoperative MRI/CT findings, and no previous spinal surgery; 2. no gender preference; 3. Patients who underwent posterior lumbar fusion surgery (1-3 level fusion) in our hospital between January 2016 and June 2023 due to lumbar degenerative diseases (including lumbar stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, etc.); 4. Clinical data integrity; 5. Signed informed consent for clinical data use;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spinal surgery; 2. History of spinal deformity; 3. spinal infection, tuberculosis and tumor; 4. Preoperative and postoperative imaging data were missing;
