Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atrial fibrillation who have undergone mitral isthmus ablation in the past; 2. Left atrial appendage thrombosis; 3. Coronary venous sinus angiography without Marshall vein; 4. Severe infection; 5. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6. Uncontrolled malignant tumor; 7. Acute coronary syndrome.

Successful mitral isthmus ablation (to achieve bidirectional mitral isthmus blocking);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pericardial effusion, cerebral infarction and other related surgical complications.;
