Intervention group:Health education program for volume management of peritoneal dialysis patients based on BCW theory based on routine nursing program.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with regular PD follow-up for more than 3 months; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Patients who can read the questionnaire and participate voluntarily; 4. Use smart phones to receive wechat messages; 5. Self-care, clear consciousness, with a certain understanding ability, no language communication barriers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious chronic diseases or other serious complications, such as multiple systemic infections, severe heart failure, etc.; 2. Patients who cannot be regularly followed up; 3. Patients planning a kidney transplant within the next 6 months.
