Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with clinically confirmed AS; (2) 18 years <= age <= 70 years; (3) Complete clinical data and CT examination of sacroiliac joint; (4) Voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute trauma, lumbosacral tumor and lumbosacral surgery; (2) Combined with other rheumatic immune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune hepatitis, etc.; (3) minors, pregnant or lactating women; (4) Long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, heparin, antiepileptic drugs, etc. (5) unstable cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal, neurological, endocrine, gastrointestinal, metabolic or blood system diseases; (6) Have a history of tobacco and alcohol addiction or drug addiction.
