Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients planned for hysteroscopic examination with accompanying anxiety symptoms (HADS >= 8 points); 2. Aged 18-65 years, with ASA classification of I or II; 3. Clear consciousness, normal comprehension ability, able to independently and clearly answer questions; 4. Informed understanding and willing to participate in anxiety and pain assessments; 5. Willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment and speech expression defects, making it difficult to cooperate with the investigator; 2. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function, and endocrine disorders before surgery; 3. Patients with a history of mental illness or current mental abnormalities; 4. Patients with a history of long-term alcoholism or drug abuse; 5. Patients who have been using psychotropic and sedative-hypnotic drugs long-term; 6. Patients with infections, damage, ulcers, or local allergies near the stimulation site of the auricle; 7. Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
