18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Newly admitted patients with sepsis within 1 day in ICU; (2) Unresponsive to fluid therapy, with a serum lactate level greater than 2 mmol /L and requiring vasopressors to maintain a mean arterial pressure greater than or equal to 65mmHg; ? Investigator age: > 18 years old and < 60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other autoimmune diseases; ? Serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? History of malignant tumor; ? Steroid and immunosuppressant therapy in the past 3 months; ? Organ transplantation less than 1 year; ? Receiving cytokine clearance drug or adsorber treatment; ? Severe thrombocytopenia (<30.000/µL platelet count); ? Were included in other ICU studies.
