Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range: 40-60 years old, ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grades I-III, ?Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5-28.0, underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy, all surgeries were performed using a lateral incision on the chest wall with unilateral insertion of a drainage tube.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has a serious history of heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; History of allergy to anesthetic drugs; Surgical site infection; Neurological disorders or mental illnesses; Pregnancy or breastfeeding; Emergency surgery; Intracranial surgery; Transplant surgery or transplant patients; Planned regional anesthesia surgery; Atrioventricular, intraventricular, or sinoatrial conduction block; Patients who have been taking receptor blockers for a long time and have a heart rate below 50 beats per minute; Cardiac dysfunction with a left ventricular ejection fraction below 40%; Epilepsy or epileptic seizures; Physiology of acute encephalopathy; Patients with preoperative pulse oximetry (Spo2) less than 95%; Severe liver dysfunction (prothrombin ratio less than 15%).
