Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed as intertrochanteric fracture; 2.Meets the clinical routine surgical treatment indications for intertrochanteric fractures of the femur, and has completed the surgery with excellent or acceptable reduction quality (reduction standard basis: Baumgarterner Solberg fracture reduction standard); 3.The retrospective queue should also meet the following requirements: the medical record shows that there are follow-up records of at least 3 months after surgery and the records are complete;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.multiple trauma; 2.obsolete intertrochanteric fracture of the femur (fracture time from surgery time>3 weeks); 3.pathological fracture; 4.patients in poor condition and unable to undergo surgery;
