40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Consistent with the 2019 edition of Diagnostic Points for Various Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2: Age 40-80 years old; 3: Stable condition with onset <= 6 months; 4: First attack with unilateral hemiparesis and with upper limb motor dysfunction; 5: Upper extremity Brunnstrom staging stage III and above; 6: Upper extremity modified Asworth classification rated less than 2; 7: Cognitively clear and able to follow simple verbal commands or instructions; 8: Seated balance level 2 or higher; 9: The patient and family agreed to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Venous thrombosis in the upper limb detected by ultrasound; 2: Severe spasticity on the affected side or severe limitation of joint range of motion; 3: Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, and other vital organ insufficiency; 4: Those with severe cognitive or communication disorders; 5: Patients with thrombocytopenia or coagulation disorders; 6: Those with cranial defects; 7: Those with massive cerebral infarction or hemorrhage; 8: Those currently participating in other clinical trials.
