18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=18 years old; 2. The patients voluntarily joined the trial; 3. Preoperative MMSE score of patients was >=24 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Second operation; 2. Diabetic patients; 3. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Immunosuppressive therapy; 5. previous neurological or mental disorders or preoperative neurological examination with positive signs; 6. Education level below primary school level (6 years); 7. can not complete the test or incomplete data; 8. Cardiac and cerebrovascular accidents occurred during perioperative period.
