Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender and race are not limited, and the age is 18 years old or above; 2. Must meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV. Functional constipation and exclude functional defecation disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who need to take other laxatives at the same time; (2) Patients who refused to sign the informed consent form, or who were estimated to have poor compliance and poor follow-up possibility; (3) Those who take probiotic products within 2 weeks; (4) Those who take antibiotics within 2 weeks; (5) Subjects who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment.
