Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1000 patients admitted to our hospital due to emergency type A aortic dissection, requiring planned total arch replacement surgery, aged between 18 and 70 years, with no history of liver or kidney diseases, no coagulation disorders, no severe arrhythmias, and who were willing to participate and signed informed consent forms in collaboration with the experimenters, were selected;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1).Preoperative coma (2) preoperative cardiac tamponade, cardiac insufficiency, acute myocardial infarction, severe coronary heart disease, triple vessel disease, patients requiring emergency rescue (3) preoperative shock, Hemodynamics instability (4) preoperative cerebral infarction, brain injury, coma, cerebral hemorrhage (5) intraoperative EEG monitoring failure (6) previous history of psychiatric sleep problems (depression, schizophrenia, sleep disorders, i.e. PSQI > 7) or family history of sleep problems in the second and third generations; (8) central nervous system stimulants, sedatives, sedatives, hypnotics and drugs with similar pharmacological effects as those mentioned above have been used in the past week.
