20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Anesthesiologists and nurses with more than 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience; (2) Currently transferred to AICU and have at least 3 months of AICU work experience; (3) Voluntarily participate in the study and agree to share their psychological experiences.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) interns and trainees; (2) those who refused to participate or refused to sign the informed consent form; (3) those who were unable to communicate in Mandarin; (4) People with hearing impairment or mental illness; (5) Those who drop out midway.
