Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged between 38 and 80 years; 3. Classified as Grade II-III according to the Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic classification; 4. No knee-related medication or physical therapy within 1 month prior to enrollment; 5. Pain: Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score >=3; 6. No cognitive or communication impairments; 7. Provides signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Osteoporosis; 2. Any other pathological conditions, such as congenital dysplasia, septic arthritis, or Baker's cyst; 3. Inability to participate in assessments or interventions due to comorbidities; 4. Unable to walk or walking distance less than 7.6 meters; 5. Exercise-induced or uncontrolled angina within the past 3 months; 6. Uncontrolled hypertension;
