Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASD group: (1) Patients meeting diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder ; (2) ASA I-?; (3)Age 6-12 years old (4) A legal representative signed the informed consent document. 2. Control group: (1) After clinical evaluation by the physician, the children has no neurodevelopmental disorder, with normal intellectual development, and requires surgical anesthesia. (2) ASA I-?; (3)Age 6-12 years old (4) A legal representative signed the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The ASD group: (1) Children with cranial or facial diseases; (2) Children with heart or lung diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.(3)Children with other severe neurological diseases or psychiatric diseases. 2. The normal control group: (1) children with cranial or facial diseases; (2)Children with heart or lung diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc. (3) Children with neurological diseases, mental and intellectual disabilities, or developmental delays.
