Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, normal population, and pre-diabetes (fasting blood glucose between 6.1 and 7.0mmol/L or OGTT two-hour blood glucose between 7.8 and 11.1mmol/L) who are 18 to 80 years old (capable of understanding and signing informed consent) and managed by the community for chronic disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Brain disorders, history of fundus retinal surgery, and eye diseases that affect the quality of fundus imaging (such as cataracts, vitreous opacity).
