Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First Hp eradication treatment, and aged 18-80,both male and female; 2. limited to the protocols recommended by the 2022 Chinese Guidelines for the Treatment of H. pylori Infection or the Maastricht VI/Florence Consensus Report on the eradication of H. pylori infection. 3. be able to understand the content of the questionnaire and answer the questions accurately; 4. Agree to undergo eradication treatment, and are willing to accept outpatient and telephone questionnaire follow-up and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing or incorrect baseline information, inability to contact the patient or refusal to answer follow-up questions after the phone call is connected; 2. Withdrawal from the population: if the doctor asks the patient to terminate the trial due to abnormal function of vital organs, allergic reaction to drugs, exacerbation of the condition, or the emergence of serious adverse drug reactions that require discontinuing the drug or treating it with other therapeutic regimens; 3. Cognitive impairment or suffering from serious liver or kidney disease or other serious chronic diseases; 4. Women who are planning to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. History of gastric surgery.
