Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for PSD patients were: age >= 18 years; The stroke was defined as ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction), which met the diagnostic criteria established by the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke (2018 edition) and was confirmed by head CT or MRI. Be admitted to hospital within 48 hours of stroke onset; Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression, and score >= 18 on HAMD scale and >= 15 on MMSE to demonstrate sufficient cognitive ability to participate in the evaluation of psychology-related scales; Obtain written consent from the patient or legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were: patients received stroke-related treatment outside the hospital; Have a previous diagnosis of depression or other psychiatric disorders or take antidepressants or other psychiatric medications; Previous diagnosis of neurological disease; Previous history of brain trauma and brain surgery; The presence of serious chronic diseases such as severe infections and severe heart failure; Pregnant or lactating women; Assessment of depression is hampered by global aphasia, sensory aphasia, or apraxia.
