Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke and postprandial distress syndrome ; ( 2 ) 40 <= age <= 70 ; ( 3 ) Patients who did not receive treatment for postprandial distress syndrome within 2 weeks ; ( 4 ) Those who did not take drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility within 2 weeks ; ( 5 ) Physical examination cooperation, clear and fluent language, accurate expression, no cognitive and conscious disorders ; ( 6 ) High school degree or above ; ( 7 ) Right handedness ; ( 8 ) There was no metal implant in the body and no contraindication for nuclear magnetic resonance scanning. ( 9 ) Consciously participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) combined with peptic ulcer, gastric mucosal hyperplasia or other organic lesions ; ( 2 ) Patients with severe anxiety and depression and suicidal tendency ; ( 3 ) Combined liver dysfunction (ALT and AST exceeding the upper limit of normal by 1.5 times) and renal dysfunction (Cr exceeding the upper limit of normal and BUN exceeding 1.2 times the upper limit of normal). ( 4 ) Combined with severe heart disease, cholecystitis, gallstones and metabolic system diseases ; ( 5 ) pregnant and lactating women ; ( 6 ) Female patients with severe dysmenorrhea, patients with obvious headache and migraine, patients with a history of head trauma ; ( 7 ) with severe depression, anxiety symptoms ; ( 8 ) patients with clear organic lesions or severe head anatomical structure asymmetry ;
