Interventions

Control group:without training intervention
Water training group:Conduct aerobics training with an intensity of 70 - 75% HRmax for eight weeks, three times a week. Each session lasts 50 minutes (10 minutes for warm-up, 30 minutes for training,
Land training group:Conduct aerobics training with an intensity of 70 - 75% HRmax for eight weeks, three times a week (10 minutes for warm-up, 40 minutes for training, and 10 minutes for cool-down).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not majoring in sports, in good physical condition, without bad habits. Those who agree after reviewing the informed consent form. They are responsible and can actively cooperate and carry the experiment through to the end.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiopulmonary diseases and hypertension. Those who have suffered sports injuries recently. Those who have severe emotional disorders, are irritable and unable to cooperate. Those who are currently undergoing other intervention experiments.
