Interventions
Control group:Equal amounts of saline
Sufentanil group:Sufentanil was given 0.1µg/kg before anesthesia induction
Oxycodone group 1:0.1mg/kg oxycodone was given before induction of anesthesia
Oxycodone group 2:0.1mg/kg oxycodone was administered 30 minutes before the end of surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Upper gastrointestinal ESD patients with incidence of postoperative pain >= 20% with preoperative nomogram. 2. Age >=40 years older.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The operation time is more than 2 hours;Patients with severe respiratory and circulatory diseases, neurological diseases or mental and psychological disorders; patients with obvious liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with allergies to experimental drugs; patients taking drugs (including anti-tumor drugs and painkillers) for a long time; patients participating in other clinical trials, etc
